Par 3 Contest – 2 Man Captains’ Choice
    Partners don’t have to be the Member & Guest
    Practice rounds can be played Friday morning
$10 per player (Cart Fees Included for all    paid Golf Tournament players)

Golf Tournament (Need Handicaps)    $150/Person

Member-Guest Dinner & Dance      $20/Person    Featuring “Local Motion”
(Free to all Golfers and their Guests)

Lunches Saturday & Sunday 

(Free to all Golfers & Tennis Player)    $5/Person

     

Payment must be received for Member Guest events by May 17, 2011
All checks payable to Dogwood Hills Golf Association
Payments may not be charged to you monthly bill. 

Rice Festival Golf Tournament Sponsored by Comcast Cable

Will be held on Sunday May 1, 2011 @ Dogwood Hills Country Club.

The Tournament is open to the public.

Entry Fee is $50 which includes golf, lunch and beverages for all golfers.

Lunch will be served @ 12pm.

Golf Tournament will begin @ 1pm.

Format is 18 holes Individual – Stroke Play.

1^st – 4^th Place will be awarded in Gross and Net Divisions.

Spring is here and we want you to come to Dogwood Hills and enjoy the beautiful outdoors!! We have had successful monthly parties in Jan.—March and we appreciate your continuing support. Outlined below are upcoming events, so find time in your busy schedules to come out and relax and have fun with your family and friends.

EASTER Sunday is April 24. If we have reservations for 50 by April 15, we will be able to make arrangements for this event. Call the Pro Shop.

SWIMMING POOL is scheduled to open for Memorial Day weekend. If you have non-member friends who are interested in a 2011 Pool Membership, we will offer a family membership for $350, which must be purchased by May 15. No other club amenities are offered with this membership. An application will be available in the Pro Shop.

SUMMER SPORTS CAMP is tentatively scheduled for June 27-30 to include professional instruction in golf and tennis, in addition to swimming activities. It will be offered to boys and girls ages 6-12. Registration forms will be available soon.

NEW GOLF RATES effective 4/1/11 are posted in the Pro Shop and online.

FYI—The Re-organization Committee, which was formed to develop a business plan, has met several times. The group has been studying facts and figures related to the operation of the club in preparation for developing a plan to present to the bank. The group continues to brainstorm other avenues of financial support.
