Spring is here and we want you to come to Dogwood Hills and enjoy the beautiful outdoors!! We have had successful monthly parties in Jan.—March and we appreciate your continuing support. Outlined below are upcoming events, so find time in your busy schedules to come out and relax and have fun with your family and friends.

EASTER Sunday is April 24. If we have reservations for 50 by April 15, we will be able to make arrangements for this event. Call the Pro Shop.

SWIMMING POOL is scheduled to open for Memorial Day weekend. If you have non-member friends who are interested in a 2011 Pool Membership, we will offer a family membership for $350, which must be purchased by May 15. No other club amenities are offered with this membership. An application will be available in the Pro Shop.

SUMMER SPORTS CAMP is tentatively scheduled for June 27-30 to include professional instruction in golf and tennis, in addition to swimming activities. It will be offered to boys and girls ages 6-12. Registration forms will be available soon.

NEW GOLF RATES effective 4/1/11 are posted in the Pro Shop and online.

Activities for golfers are as follows:
Tournaments *Fund Raisers for the Community
April 23—For the Love of Dogwood
May 1 ---Rice Festival *
May 20-21—Member-Guest
May 28---VFW *

To participate in any of these tournaments, sign up in the Pro Shop.

Captain’s Choice—Every Thursday at 5:30—Sign up in advance

Jack and Jill—Sunday at 3:00—Sign up in advance

FYI—The Re-organization Committee, which was formed to develop a business plan, has met several times. The group has been studying facts and figures related to the operation of the club in preparation for developing a plan to present to the bank. The group continues to brainstorm other avenues of financial support.
